As you already know, you will be divided into three groups but you also have to appoint a leader responsible for planning your work, schedule and coordination of your actions.
The first group has to plan the journey (everything has to be "real" - based on true informations, timetables etc) beginning from the departure from home to an airport and ending with the arrival, booking the tickets, accomodation, plan the budget (do not forget about different currencies in different countries) etc.
The second group has to plan the whole staying taking into considerations your interests (if you are interested in the environment, you can plan a trip to some national park, natural history museum or some extraordinary beauty spots; if you are interested in history - you can plan a journey following some great battlefields; if you are interested in sport - you can plan a journey following the towns where the Olympic Games took place etc.).
The third group is responsible for creating a multimedia presentation on the basis of the work done by the previous groups.
